Practical and functional

4
  • Foldable
  • Manoeuvres well
  • Large shopping basket
  • Large wheels
  • Additional seat can be hidden in the basket
  • Weak suspension
  • The sibling seat could have had a slightly longer backrest

The stroller is great for siblings from 6 months (possibly with a car seat from birth, but that's more for just occasional use). We bought ours when our younger daughter was half a year old and our older one was 2 - until then we used a twin pram.

It's compact enough, folding is quick and easy - you just need to detach the extra seat before folding. It hides nicely in the shopping basket where it doesn't get in the way at all.

The "main" seat is quite spacious, but it can't be reclined completely flat (to leave room for a sibling). We didn't mind, my little one slept just fine inside. The canopy could have been a bit longer, but at least it has a visor.

The additional seat is smaller, suitable for a child who already walks, but needs a rest now and then ;-) It has 2 positions. We used only the second one (reclined), it was easier for our daughter to get in. The backrest could have been a bit longer, our kid (height about 100 cm) had it halfway up her head - but she slept in the stroller a couple of times and her head wasn't falling behind, it just looked silly. The baby's feet are actually in the basket, which is rubberised on the inside so easy to clean. Even with a child sitting in there, a smaller purchase fits just fine. A bit of a downside is that from the bottom seat, the baby can hardly see anything.

Otherwise, it rides great, even when fully loaded. The fact that it's a three wheeler makes it great to maneuver. It is stable, solid. The wheels are big but not sprung (or only minimally sprung) - which is a bit of a shame. We were happy with it, even our babies liked to ride it. The stroller is practical and functional.

By far the best

  • Steering
  • Light weight
  • Good safety - sturdy/strong breaks
  • Comfortable for baby
  • Looks the part
  • Handles uneven grounds bumpy roads very well
  • 1 click and turn folding mechanism, in seconds
  • All in all perfect
  • Honestly Graco why did you stop selling this in the UK??? 🇬🇧….. love the Trekko duo! My honest opinion

By far the best!!! I have been through multiple prams including doubles, I owned the Graco modes duo which was honestly a waste of money and too many cons!

Now the Graco Trekko, all in all comfortable for baby and parent, the steering is amazing, the ride is so smooth, and my gosh the storage space, it has an extra attachment for another child to join the journey, I mean honestly this is the best double buggy, if you live on a farm or love hikes, or even just long bumpy walks, but this pram! You will not regret it, just a heads up I had to buy my Graco Trekko dip second hand, due to not being able to buy it brand new in the Uk anymore which is a real shame, I would buy it brand new if I had the chance!

It’s just an amazing pram, it goes from a single buggy to a double in a matter of seconds, you’re child will be a happy child in this pram. As parents when we have a busy day ahead and you’re child’s comfortable there’s nothing more that makes us happy.

The best thing I bought for my children

  • Superb sterring
  • Nothing

The best thing I bought for my children.

Your questions about the Graco Trekko Duo

1)

How do I completely remove the bumper bar as only one side comes off?

Hey, Heike,

The way to remove the bumper bar should be the same on both sides. Try more pressure or maybe some lubrication, I guess if it doesn't go on one side, that one may be stuck or got wet and rusted a bit.
