Concord Fusion

DISCONTINUED in 2013
see 18 parent reviews

The Concord Fusion is the first Concord stroller. It was released onto the market in 2007 already offering the option of adding a carrycot. The wheels with individual suspension ensure a smooth ride through the city. The seat is very spacious making it suitable and comfortable even for a bigger child. It is slightly reclined even in the upright position. The pre-2010 models could be reclined flat. All the newer models can be reclined only partially. For greater safety it is possible to lock the 5-point harness so that a child cannot undo it. A thin apron is hidden in the swing-away bumper bar. The spacious shopping basket can handle even a bigger load of shopping.

With the purchase of accessories, you can convert the stroller into any desired set, or you can buy a complete stroller system. There are more carrycot types to choose from. The oldest is the classic Proton carrycot. The Sleeper creates a Travel Set - it is sturdier and can also be used in the car. The Scout creates the Mobility Set - it can be folded to a size of a handbag. You can also attach a Jané or Be Cool carrycot to the chassis.

Lightweight, easy to handle

Lightweight, easy to handle, plenty of room for the baby :-)

We have been using it for 4 months. So far we are satisfied, I just think that the space of the stroller will not be enough for us.

I can't evaluate it properly yet. In the car seat the little one is just barely ok and in the seat it won't be for long either.

  • It is very spacious
  • Practical car seat and tubbassinet(both can be used as a car seat)
  • It's heavy
  • There's no springs

My little one loved that stroller until one day the belt that is there for the baby to sit in fell off. She hasn't even wanted to be in it since. I had to secure it with a tape, but it was too late.

  • Solid and reliable frame
  • Can carry a larger child
  • Wheels can handle even big snow without any problem
  • Easy folding
  • Easy handling
  • Backrest can be put almost lying down
  • Thin apron integrated in the handle
  • The handle is very easily and cleverly removable
  • Large storage basket
  • The seat cannot be turned to face in the opposite direction (facing the parent)
  • The frame is heavier, a bit of a problem when unloading and loading the car frequently

I was extremely satisfied. A sturdy, indestructible stroller that can carry a larger child. :-) It was my favorite stroller and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Such a good average stroller.

Outstanding. Flexible, comfortable and quickly foldable.

  • Very easy handling
  • For different terrains
  • Spacious seat section

I don't give up on it! They won't invent one like this anymore 😊

I had it with both my kids

5
  • Easy to fold
  • Spacious
  • Ok for rougher terrain, too :)

I had it with both my kids, for me it's the best stroller :)

  • I did not find any real advantages
  • Small bassinet
  • Hard to adjust the seat position

I only rented it, but I wasn't satisfied with neither the basisnet nor the seat unit.

  • roomy
  • folds well
  • cushioned
  • large basket
  • a tad higher weight

This stroller is great. It folds well - it doesn't seem to, but it also fits in a Renault Clio.

It's incredibly spacious and yet the baby snuggles in it beautifully, it doesn't fly. It has a good canopy (doesn't fade in the sun), super easy to maintain covers. Big shopping basket and easy to handle.

Newer versions have more durable wheels against pebbles, feel like an inflatable and no risk of punctures. Everything can be taken off and washed. It is well cushioned with two levels of suspension to adjust. The only downside would be that it's a little heavier, but again for off-road it's a plus.
