Bugaboo Fox
The Bugaboo Fox is a new Bugaboo stroller released in March 2018. This stylish, multipurpose stroller is a successor of the Buffalo. All the advantages of the Bugaboo strollers are concentrated in the Fox. The Fox is light and easily maneuverable like Cameleon 3. Like a Buffalo, the Fox can handle even a rougher terrain. The suspension located in the central joint and on the front wheels is the same as in the Runner. The compact fold of the chassis has been inspired by the model Bee 5. Similarly to the Donkey 2, the Fox can handle even a high weight. The Fox will surprise you with the range of new, unique elements such as a simplified removing of seat/carrycot fabrics or a handy brake with a color indicator engaged as well as deactivated by pushing. The strap of the five-point harness are a stay-open style which makes putting the child into the seat much easier. The height of the belts can be easily adjusted by sliding, so there is no longer need to pull them out.
The environment-friendly fabric of the carrycot and the seat is made out of recycled PET bottles and is added to the same frame which can be easily attached to the chassis. The ergonomically shaped bucket seat can be fully reclined by tilting. The seat is suitable for 6 months of age upwards. You can also use the Fox from birth/ for newborns by purchasing the spacious carrycot which is available separately or as a part of the set. The carrycot in combination with an optional stand can also be used as a cot. Using adapters, you can also attach an optional car seat to the stroller to create a travel system suitable from birth. The Fox features integrated attachment points so you can directly attach various available accessories such as the adapter for Bugaboo wheeled board with a sibling seat or the Bugaboo Mammoth Bag which holds up to 12 kg.
The Fox can be either purchased as a complete set or it can be fully customized. With the chassis available in either silver or black and an option to choose from several different colors of the carrycot fabric, the seat fabric, leatherette handlebar cover and a bumper bar as well as the wheel caps, there are countless possibilities for you to adapt your stroller to your taste. Hoods are available in three collections: the basic Core, the superior Premium, and the luxurious, patterned Signature. Summer versions with ventilation can also be purchased. All of the parts can be bought separately and alternated.

Parent reviews of the Bugaboo Fox
The perfect stroller ❣️ I give 10 points out of 10 💗
It's light as a feather, easy and foldable. It can be operated with one hand - it's just incredible! It can handle any terrain. Satisfaction, satisfaction, satisfaction. It's spacious - nothing to complain about 👍🏻
- Luxurious
- Lightweight
- Stable
- Creative
- Cannot lift legs when sitting
- If you still want to use the carrycot and still want to have a seat unit on (for alternating), you need a new frame
- Takes up a lot of space in the car
Lightweight, easy to handle. Beautiful clean lines, creativity knows no boundaries. If something gets worn, scuffed, you buy a new part. No bad terrain will stop it and it sits very stably on the road.
- Light
- Compact
- Spacious
- Big bassinet
- Easy to use
- Smooth ride
- Beautiful design
- High load capacity
- Spacious basket
- Sturdy, yet lightweight chassis
- Solid stroller
- Super quiet wheels
- Seat vs. bassinet version takes up almost no space in the closet
- "Zipping" to the second version is very simple
- Rich selection of accessories
- Locking wheels
- The stroller can handle any terrain
This stroller is perfect and undoubtedly the best! The bassinet is huge, so even a larger baby has plenty of space in the pram.
The advantage of the stroller is its low weight - I can lift it effortlessly with one hand, which is a huge advantage for me because I have a thrombosis in my hand and the weight of the stroller was a decisive parameter for me.
Another advantage is its compactness - on the one hand, the chassis can be folded into a mini shape, which does not take up space (we have it put under the hanger), but the click on part can also be folded flat in two movements.
A great advantage is that one frame and one hood are used for both parts. So the components for converting to the other version do not take up much space (one drawer), which is suitable for a smaller apartment.
Another great advantage is its huge mobility. The pram pushes "by itself", it can be controlled with even one finger, thanks to the front swivel/locking wheels it can maneuver in a tight space, and, especially, the ride is quiet and smooth.
What I really like about the pram is that it is possible to change the hoods on it - extendable, summer, etc. So you have several variants from one pram. We don't mind the sitting part shape at all, on the seat version, the child can enter it sooner, even if it is not sitting by itself yet, you simply tilt it and go.
I don't understand why anyone claims that this pram can't be put in a car boot easily. It folds great even with a bassinet put on it, just unhook the struts at the ends of the stroller. The seat is foldable in itself. The stroller is just perfect! We are very, very satisfied with it!
- Beautiful design
- Spacious bassinet
- Extendable hood
- Variability of designs
- Too bulky, takes up too much space in our car
- Pricy
- Shaped bucket seat
Overall, it's not a bad stroller at all, but I expected more for that money :).
It is light, easy to steer, but after a few months of riding, it already has a slightly loose pushbar. After being assembled, it takes up a lot of space and the basket is always making me shake stuff out, and it could be better accessible as well.
I haven't tried the sitting part yet, but we probably won't last long because of the bucket seat style :). What is really a big plus here is the spacious bassinet, and especially the extendable hood.
But overall, it's probably still not worth the high price :)
- Lightweight
- Compact
- Colors fitting any taste or mood
- Large basket
- Large carrycot
- Spacious seat
- I found none
Lightweight, spacious. Large basket. The fabrics can be changed according to your taste and mood.
- Easy to steer
- Design
- Accessible, spacious underslung basket
- Accessories options - there's so much!
- All-terrain, with quiet wheeôs
- Lightweight
- Fodling can be done with the seat attached and is not hard
- Telescoping push bar
- Not a complete flat bassinet surface
- Sometimes the brake gets stuck when being released
An excellent pram good even for harsher terrain. Lightweight, easy to steer. One point down would be for the constant feeling that the bassinet is a bit slanted, not flat - like the child is a bit lower in the head area. It is probably because of only two points of fixing it, I don't know. If my son wouldn't suffer from reflux I would probably not notice that, even.
- Lightweight
- Easy to maneuver
- Spacious bassinet
- Spacious seat part
- Height-adjustable handlebar
- Large basket
- Good for bad terrain
- Large canopy
- The fold is not as easy as the instruction video shows
- Impractical zipper-closing of the carrycot apron
- The bumper bar is also not that smooth to put on
A perfect pushchair, I recommend it. I would buy it again.
- Lightweight
- Quick to fold and unfold
- Compact
- Spacious seat as well as bassinet - even for those larger babies
- One-hand push
- For me, nothing
I love it. One of the best! 👌
My son is almost 2yo, and we still use the same stroller system. We didn't even think of changing.
- lightweight
- for shorter as well as taller parents
- quality wheels
- stable
- difficult to fold - to push the locks on both sides then slide them at the same time is quite annoying
- the same goes for the carrycot zipper - it’s nice that it’s hidden under the (waterproof) fabric, but it makes it difficult to (un)zip
A great stroller - lightweight, excellent manipulation. It is sturdy and stable, with a large basket and a much stronger, sturdier handle than the Cameleon. The wheels are quite robust - suitable even for more difficult terrain.
- Large
- There's none
An excellent pram with no downsides.
