Noordi Luno

see 4 parent reviews

The Noordi Luno is a robust stroller system in sleeker clean lines and a suspension system without visible springs. The carrycot and seat unit are oval-shaped and covered with fabrics, while its neutral colorways in one tone make it stand out thanks to a modern, functional look.

The chassis is relatively compact, compared to other Noordi prams, and features puncture-free gel-filled wheels that should be able to go over uneven terrain as well. The carrycot is equipped with an inclinable coconut mattress, and the fully reversible seat unit lies completely flat while boasting a double-extending canopy. An optional car seat (Maxi-Cosi attachments are compatible) can also be clicked on the frame with adapters, creating a travel system. The full set of basic accessories is included with some Luno sets: a rain cover, a mosquito net, a cup holder, leg covers (aprons), and a changing bag with handles in an eye-catching design.

parents say thx^^

After 4 months the joint cracked, and we didn't go anywhere - only on the sidewalks and not much even. We didn't fold it at all. For that price I expect higher quality.

  • Good suspension
  • Comfortable bassinet
  • You can face your child towards you or away from you
  • Generous storage under pushchair
  • Comfortable to push
  • Chassis mechanism would lock so a struggle to assemble pushchair from collapsed position
  • Bulky- you need a big boot otherwise you will be removing wheels
  • Back wheels would come loose when pushing
  • Chassis broke in half
  • Hood clips where plastic and sheared off
  • Harness was a three point so could not use a non Noordi pouch for winter months

I purchased this pushchair during the first lockdown in the UK as my husband and I were unable to go pushchair shopping. After much research, I was drawn to the microbial material that the pushchair is manufactured with and after reviewing the YouTube videos, it seemed it would be easy to use. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience.

The mechanism would lock so it would be difficult to assemble the pushchair from the collapsed position. The components holding the pushchair together seem to be made from plastic (hood) or cheap metal (chassis hinges) that shear off with no effort. I only used this pushchair occasionally as we mostly shielded so didn’t leave the house much and was surprised when I heard a clatter in my home office and a piece of the metal just fell off! I can’t fault the customer service of the aftersales team who have been very helpful to fix the issues.

I do wish we had opted for the iCandy which would have been a few hundred pounds more, but feel the build quality and ease of use would have been satisfactory. I don’t feel that the quality for Noordi is value for money, unfortunately.

The frame broke in half

1.0
  • frame broke in half
  • compromised safety of the child
  • customer services don't really help

Bought the NOORDI Luno, but the frame broke in half, and it's unusable. I am, as I see, not the first. 😤 Beware.

The frame broke repeatedly

1
  • nice carrycot
  • bad quality
  • customer service

The frame broke repeatedly (the first time after a few weeks of use). You have to wait (with a small baby and no pram) another few weeks while waiting for the repair. The customer service is not helpful. Not recommended.
