Jané Epic
The Jané Epic is a light urban stroller or a stroller system. It is based on the Jané Rider, but it is lighter, smaller and a little less expensive. The bucket seat can be tilted to a fully reclined position. The inverted "C" shaped rear structure makes room for your feet so you will not kick the stroller while walking. The storage space of the small shopping basket can be expanded by a sold-separately net basket fastened to the rear part of the chassis.
The seat and the carrycot are attached to the chassis using the Pro-Fix system. All the newer types of carrycots will also fit this attachment system. You can choose among the Micro or the Nano foldable carrycots or the Transporter or the Matrix Light carrycots that can be used in the car. You can also attach a Concord or Be Cool carrycot to the chassis. An optional car seat is also available, or you can buy the Epic as a complete stroller system. You can identify the older models by the smaller rear wheels and fabric-coated handles instead of the newer leatherette ones.
