The Easywalker Jimmey is a 2022 release and the most enhanced version of the flagship model Easywalker Harvey3. These two prams are very similar in functionality - all-rounders concentrating on a smooth ride, roominess and all the comfort features of a full-sized stroller system - with a few differences.
The reversible, well-padded and newly lie-flat seat unit can be reclined fully, while the prolonged leg rest is fully adjustable as well. The well-padded carrycot sports an even larger, full-coverage hood with a handle and a long visor as well, along with a higher apron to cover your baby fully even when windy or rainy. You can attach any part to the frame either with or without the set of height adapters, meaning lower for shorter parents or higher to have your baby closer even if tall. An updated, roomy carrycot with 79 cm inner length is available for your newborn. Using a different set of adapters, you can attach a car seat to the chassis as well. The storage basket improvement is also considerable - the spacious basket can even be detached from the chassis and carried in hand as a regular shopping basket.
The Easywalker Jimmey differs from the Harvey 3 in these areas:
Updated rubber wheels that absorb sounds and feature a memory front lock for an even better all-terrain ride
A stepless height-adjustable handlebar; no finding the click-in parts anymore
An extra-long footrest
Unique Accessory System attachment point on the bumper bar of the seat unit
A carrycot with open-close air ventilation in the base as well as with a Tencel mattress cover that is soft, absorbing, ventilation-promoting, odorless, and made from sustainable materials
An updated, 36L, easily removable storage basket with carrying handles so that you can carry your basket in your hand

Parent reviews of the Easywalker Jimmey
- We love that the carrycot can be folded. This is not something you do on a daily basis but nice for long trips
- Lifetime guarantee is very nice
- The stroller is sturdy and the suspension is awesome
- It’s easy to fold
- The zipper in the basket is nice and has great capacity
- Not much negative to say about it. From time to time, when folding, the front wheels get stuck, but this happens very rarely
We absolutely love it. It’s a fantastic stroller, we are so happy with the purchase.

Super luxurious. Nicely spacious and upright. Not the most affordable but feels high quality and really spacious for the child, if you take longevity into account!
Your questions about the Easywalker Jimmey
Hi!
Could you please tell me if JIMMEY has a descent upright position of the seat unit? If we compare it with the Bugaboo Fox 5 or Uppababy Vista? I'm also interested if the suspension of this stroller is good? Is it easy/soft to push and tip?
Heya, Benjolina,
The seat is, in my opinion, upright enough. It is not 90 degrees but the support is nice. Yes, it is comparable to the Fox or Vista, although those have a "bucket" style seat, meaning a shaped seat that is reclined as a whole, while here, the backrest and legrest adjust separately, which means a bit different seat style. Still, the seat is not crazy slanted and I'd say you'd be just find with it if searching for an upright seat.
Easywalker has a very nice, solid suspension overall, and the Jimmey's no exception. It is not like the old rocker prams, but it is better than most modern systems of this type, and much better, compared to the Vista line. The push depends on your handle settings and the weight of the baby, but overall it is not a difficult push, the frame makes for easy turning and maneuvering in my experience.
Dear Eli,
Thanks for answering my previous question regarding Jimmey! Now I would like to ask another one:
Comparing Jimmey with the Harvey 5 Air, which one would you recommend to us? We see advantages in both models and are uncertain which one we prefer, mostly due to differences in the wheels and seats.
- Jimmey`s main advantages to us are that the seat can be made totally flat and that the seat is relatively large. However the wheels are made of rubber (so presumably less good for walks in the nature) and the fold seems a bit more bulky than the Harvey 5 Air.
- Harvey 5 Air´s main advantages to us are that is has air wheels and is presumably more suitable for difficult terrains. Also is has a bit more compact fold. Disadvantages to us are the bucket-style seat and that it seems a bit less spacious for the child.
- I guess the main question for us is whether the air wheels of Harvey 5 are so good, that they outweigh the other "disadvantages" of the Jimmey to us.
Overall, we are looking for a good allrounder stroller that can be used in the city but also for walks in the nature. Our child will rather be large and we do not have so much space at home. And we have to carry the carrycot regularly from our flat to the basement, which is the main reason we are focusing on one of the two Easywalker models, as I find the carrycot very light and safe to carry and click on and off the stroller.
Thank you very much!
Hey, Teresa,
If we're truly talking "nature" - bumpy roads, dirt droads, terrain - I think the air wheels are simply the better option. I mean, yes, there is the risk of punctures, but the natural suspension of air filled wheels plus their bigger size is just the best for such ride.
In most other stuff, I would say the Jimmey is the better option. But if that forest terrain is the priority, the Harvey Air will be the better choice, at least steering-wise.
Do you recommend Jimmey for large children? My husband and me are rather tall and do not have much space at home or in the car. Thus we are looking for a stroller that is compact and also comfortable (with a large enough carrycot and seat unit) for a long child. Also, we will need to carry the carrycot with the child from or 2nd floor to the basement regularly.
Hey, Teresa,
The Jimmey is reasonably roomy for larger children, so it is a nice enough option. I mean, it is a reversible seater = always less space and more bulky fold, compared to only forward-facing models (e.g. the Baby Jogger City Mini GT2, which has a much larger seat and a much more flat fold), so you will need to count on that restriction and also the not as flat/small fold. It is smaller than many, though, and the seat, even if not huge, is larger than average, so I would say you did pick reasonably well, and I could back this choice. The carrycot is also larger, and yes, it is comfortable.
What is the exact weight of the carrycot? Harvey 3 Premium's is 3.75 kg. and I'd like to compare, as I'll need to be carrying the carrycot up and down stairs for the first couple of months. Thanks!
Hiya, Ana,
The Jimmey carrycot weights about 3.2 kg. There is no official statement of the weight, however the weight of the frame is 8.8 and the whole pram is 12 kg. The seat is a bit heavier, 4.15 kg.
In any case, I don't have it at home so I am not providing information I personally measured, so take it as an approximation rather than gram-exact information.
