Contours Element
The Contours Element is a versatile single-to-double stroller usable for one child as well as for two children right from birth. Thanks to the modular chassis that accepts one reversible seat unit, one seat unit with an extra basket (similar to the Bugaboo Donkey in style and functionality), two reversible seat units, a seat unit, and a carrycot or a car seat attachment, or two bassinets/two car seats, providing you with more than 35 seating options/configurations. Being a bit more affordable than the Donkey, the Element is a stylish, modern, convertible, and highly modular (mix and match the parts as you need) option for young urban parents of twins or siblings close in age. And what's more - it is equipped with individual-suspension, rubber-wheels, and a large storage basket with a fold-down rear part for better accessibility.
The well-padded seat units are individually adjustable in the backrest and the leg rest area (not a bucket type of seat), and they feature a very upright sitting position. They are fully reversible and offer three positions of recline - they don't, however, have a newborn-friendly full recline (only a partial one). Because of that, they are suitable for children that sit by themselves already; for smaller babies, a bassinet/carrycot attachment is available to purchase separately, or you can pair the stroller chassis with one or two car seat(s) with corresponding adapters. One seat, the side storage tote (basket) with its dedicated adapter and a parent console (organizer) are included in the basic Element pack - other accessories like the second full-size seat unit, the bassinet(s), car seat adapters, and more are optional.

Your questions about the Contours Element
What is different between the Bugaboo Donkey 5 and the Contour Element? Which is better?
Hey, Dee,
There are many differences, from the design (you just need to compare the two, picture near picture) through material quality (thus, a higher price of Bugaboos, they're simply better made and have much more durable wheels), and also the center of gravity =. ease of steering, which on the Bugaboo is superior.
AL in all, if your budget allows it, the Donkey is definitely the better choice.
