Britax B-Motion 3

see 11 parent reviews

The Britax B-Motion 3 is a three-wheel stroller with a non-reversible seat. You can also choose a more stable four-wheel version B-Motion 4. The B-Motion is heavier than the lower-range B-Agile strollers, however, it is also more spacious and can handle even a rougher terrain thanks to the air-filled tires with suspension. You can adjust the handle by rotating it. Folding is very fast and requires only one hand. The mechanism of harness adjustment is also one-handed. The seat is slightly reclined even in the upright position. You can recline it flat. It is not possible to adjust the leg rest, you can however slightly push it upwards. Using the optional soft carrycot, a carrycot or a car seat you can create any desired set. It is also available as a complete stroller system.

Stable, suitable for the terrain

4
  • quite stable
  • for me it's a bit heavier, but that's good for the terrain :)

Stable pushchair, suitable for the terrain. The weight corresponds to it ;)

The best stroller I've ever had

5
  • Spacious
  • Easy to push
  • Excellent for off-road
  • Extended canopy
  • Reclinable
  • Nothing

The best stroller I've ever had!

Extremely satisfied

5
  • I guess none, as I cannot think of any

I was extremely satisfied with this stroller.

Our baby is beautiful and happy in it

5
  • Can be pushed with one hand
  • Compact for the car
  • Handles field and forest roads

Total satisfaction. The stroller pushes very well. It is suitable for the terrain... And most importantly, our baby is beautiful and happy in it. I recommend it with all 10.

Completely satisfied

4

We very completely satisfied with it.

Except for the adjusting of the leg rest, it's great. One more thing - it's a little more difficult to push it one-handedly when compared to those robust stroller systems chassis. Otherwise, it's spacious, very suitable for older children. Even a 110 cm child fits in it without problems 😉 If I was wiser, I wouldn't buy a polish 3-in-1 stroller system, but rather, from the start, a Britax with a carrycot and a car seat.

There are quite a few flaws

3
  • Foldable
  • Rocks nicely
  • Easy to push
  • It's not a perpendicular, upright seat
  • Lack of leg positioning
  • Folds to the opposite side, which dirties the liner

Nice, there are quite a few flaws though. I would probably look for another one.

  • Easy manipulation - you can push it even one-handedly
  • Agile
  • One-handed fold with the seat attached
  • Large wheels great for any terrain
  • After unzipping the hood's extra panel, there's no mesh - it's a full, fabric panel
  • Enough space in the basket plus integrated pocket in the rear part, under the handlebar
  • Quite heavy
  • Unfolding takes a lot of effort not to scratch the chassis

From being Perfect, it only lacks 1 point - and that is the fact that it's not lightweight.

In all respects complete satisfaction

5

Great stroller. In all respects complete satisfaction 👍

  • Spacious, which is so comfy for the child
  • Sporty look
  • Lightweight but with suspension
  • Easy to manipulate
  • Affordable (accessories and color sets as well)
  • Easy to fold/unfold
  • Multiple recline positions
  • Compact

I am completely satisfied with it... and highly recommending this pushchair. As an active mommy, it fulfilled all my needs... no need to be afraid of three-wheelers. Maximum comfort for the child as well.

Your questions about the Britax B-Motion 3

1)

Hi,

I'm wondering if this stroller could be used for jogging? With the air-filled wheels and suspension on all 3 tires, it sounds like it would be ok for someone who's not a serious/intense runner. You had mentioned the Casualplay Loopi to me when I asked about the Baby Jogger City Elite and jogging, but unfortunately, it doesn't have a swivel wheel in front and I need that as well, since we do live in the city and I need to navigate smaller spaces as well.

Thanks so much for your thoughts and help!

Hi again, Molly,

Yes, I did mention the Casualplay LOOPi, actually BECAUSE of the fixed wheel - it is actually much better for jogging, BUT also because of the other set of wheels - smaller swivel wheels - available to purchase the eas well, so you'd use your LOOPi fully in the running as well as the urban conditions. But of course, it doesn't need to fit your lifestyle, changing the frame's bottoms.

About the B-Motion, I would actually, at least, in this case, advise against it. As a three-wheeler, and a robust model, it theoretically ticks the right boxes, BUT the negative here is the very short handlebar that would make you very close to the stroller's base as well as the rear axle. It, of course, theoretically could be used as a VERY OCCASIONAL jogger, BUT I personally wouldn't use it like that as I know this model, at least for me, has quite a bad center of gravity and (or maybe because of) the push bar length.

Rather go for the Baby Jogger City Elite 2, to be honest, it is of a much better quality. Or, if a pre-owned and older model is also acceptable, a Jané Slalom or a Chicco S3 are models I saw multiple moms run with, occasionally.
