Roan Esso
The Roan Esso was released at the end of 2017/beginning of 2018. It is a robust 2in1 stroller system featuring a chassis with a suspension system as well as a one-hand strap fold. Large air-filled wheels with low-profile tires can handle even a rougher terrain. The base of the spacious carrycot is covered either with fabric or with leatherette. It includes a coconut fiber mattress which can be inclined. The reversible seat unit is fully reclinable and comes with a seat liner and an apron. The shopping basket is accessible from the top, or you can unzip it from the side if the seat is reclined. Purchasing an optional car seat of the same brand, or a different better-known brand, this stroller can be converted into a travel system.

Parent reviews of the Roan Esso
- The bag has no smaller pockets
- The basket under the stroller is difficult to access. When we have a seat on, it's basically not possible to put anything under the stroller
We are satisfied with the stroller. The carry cot is quite spacious.
- spacious carry cot
- large wheels for off-road use
- easy folding
- superb suspension
- poor access to the storage basket
- quite heavy
I am happy with the pram - my daughter was in the cot the whole winter and even with a footmuff she had plenty of space for herself. For me, however, it is quite heavy - I travel daily by car.
- Suspension
- Easy to push even with one hand
- Extendable hood(s)
- Shopping basket
Right at the beginning, I must highlight the suspension. It's really there. I also own the GB Beli Air (they also claim that it features suspension, but I don't feel any 🤔). So if you live in a city full of cobblestones (like me), this stroller is the right choice.
Beautiful - silent ride, no rattling. Large wheels are awesome; you'll survive winter and snow so easily with them. The already long canopy can also be extended. When, for example, my little one fell asleep and the canopy was opened completely, it almost reached the bumper bar. For me, the only drawback of this travel system was the shopping basket, which was zip-close, so you need to bend and unzip it - how much more comfortable would be an open basket, just throwing things into it... but everyone likes something else.
