Kinderkraft Lite Up

see 4 parent reviews

The Kinderkraft Lite Up is an evolution of the Kinderkraft Lite, introducing new colors and improved details. The most significant adjustment is probably the fold. Once folded (you only need to use one hand), the Lite Up can stand by itself so that it takes up a minimum of storage space - hence the Up in its name. The gate-opening, T-shaped bumper bar is also new. You can now close/open the viewing window in the hood. The non-reversible seat offers a flat reclining position, even though there is no leg rest. A double-sided seat liner and a cup holder is included. One of the main characteristics of the Lite Up is its simplicity, which may be just what you need if looking for a budget secondary stroller for trips to the shop.

parents say thx^^
  • Lightweight
  • Takes up just a little space in the car boot
  • Quick folding
  • Nice and easy to push
  • My DS loved the T-shaped bumper bar
  • Great for summer
  • Great for holidays
  • The full recline is not a complete lie-flat
  • We grew out of it quickly since the canopy is too close to the backrest

It was used by my 1yo son. He loved to ride in it, mainly because of the shape of the bumper bar. I was happy with the buggy :-)

Very lovely design. My son loves to "drive" with the T-shaped bar that's also securing him against slipping down (he doesn't like to use the harness much). Not the smallest after folding, however (it is actually quite long for its unfolded size), and the ride is not very soft. The seat is quite small. We own the full-grey melange one.

  • excellent price
  • good push on smooth surfaces
  • not for very tall parents
  • low handle
  • narrow seat
  • cheap materials used

Great price and it pushes quite well (given it's a smooth-ish kind of surface). My giant of a husband cannot stand the low position of the handle, and he kicks the frame from time to time as well. Materials look pretty in the picture, but in reality, they feel kinda cheap. The seat is narrow but ok for occasional use or trips to the shopping centers.

I bought this buggy on sale - and that makes me so happy, because if I paid more, I would be very angry. Stroller seems very cheap - fabrics as wella s wheels or joints... Making it flimsy while being pushed. I would definitely not recomment it for everyday walks - only, MAYBE, as a spare one for the car.
