Infababy Ezeego

The Infababy Ezeego is a very affordable, lightweight, ultra-compact buggy strongly inspired by the design of the popular, high-end Babyzen Yoyo travel stroller. A similar design, as well as fold fulfilling the requirements for carry-on luggage fitting an overhead compartment of a plane, are complemented by the included bumper bar and a full, lever-operated backrest recline as well as adjustable leg rest. The Ezeego compact pushchair also features the Infatex™ breathable and durable fabrics, a rain cover, and a nylon travel bag included.

Your questions about the Infababy Ezeego

1)

Is Infababy still on business?

Hey, Mike,

Their website seems to be gone, so I would say either they go through a revamp, were bought by someone else, or they are gone. In any case, there's no info about this from their side.

Hi,

What is the distance from the base of the seat to the top of the canopy please? Or the difference between backrest height (41cm) and the top of the canopy? At what point will the child not fit under the canopy?

Hiya, Dee,

I must say I don't have the exact measurement from the seat to the top of the canopy. The rather short seat back of 41 cm is about 20 cm from that point, though - or that, at least, is my educated guess. And I personally would say that you will fit a 2, maybe 2.5 years old in there, but a 3+ years old child will be a bit cramped in there already.

Hi,

I was wondering what weight/age of child this can hold? My boy is gone 2 but looking for one that will last him a while ours is currently taking up too much boot room.

Hi, Annmarie,

As all tracel/ultracompact strollers (read more here), the Ezeego is - well, small. It is small so therefore narrow, with a short backrest (relatively), and you'll feel that A LOT with a larger toddler, especially in winter (winter clothes, cosytoes...). This is what you need to count on if passing from a full-size, bulky stroller to this size - this type is usually meant for traveling, trips, holidays, or just around shops, not for everyday all-terrain use by far.

With the Ezeego, the leg rest is quite short and the backrest is ONLY 41 cm, meaning it is VERY short. A two-year-old's head will be over the seatback (or will be very soon) - again a thing to consider. From the opposite point of view, there's enough room up to the hood, so he should fit at least 6 to 12 months more, depending on how tall he is.

So - if this is meant only for occasional use, I think you'll be fine, even if there are more spacious buggies (from Chicco Goody to Joolz Aer, find inspiration in our top travel strollers 2021).

If you want it for everyday use, I would strongly suggest finding something still light and compact enough, but a bit larger and sturdier, roomier than this. The Baby Jogger City Mini Zip or the TFK Dot 2 are from those very small while roomy enough, but I would also consider a Oyster Zero, Thule Spring, or maybe a Valco Snap 4 as they are compact for the boot (enough) while MUCH more comfortable for the child (and they'll last much longer).

Hello,

I'm just wondering does this stroller fit in overhead cabins on planes? Thinking of getting it for traveling.

Hi, Froggy!

The cabin luggage-friendliness of each stroller needs to be consulted with your airline requirements for a piece of carry-on luggage. It may be some airlines will take it onboard and some will not. The folded dimensions of the Infababy Ezeego are 57 cm x 47 cm x 29 cm which some airlines are OK with. So, in general, yes, this is an ultra-compact stroller, but always check if accepted by the airline you travel with.

If thinking about different ultra-compacts to take ith you while traveling, surely check our Top 2021's ultracompacts guide just to inspire yourself some more (or the 2020 top travel strollers article if that would interest you even more).

Good luck!
