The Emmaljunga Double Viking is a double version of the Viking, suitable for twins or siblings with a small age gap. The overall width of only 73.5cm allows you to handle ordinary doorways as well as narrower city pathways and shopping aisles effortlessly, with your children enjoying the comfort of full-featured carrycots or seat units. Features such as the reversibility of the carrycot and the seat unit, the adjustable handlebar, the spacious shopping basket, and the relatively compact fold underline the simple design focused on practicality. If the storage space of the shopping basket is not enough for you, you can get the additional basket, and add it to the side of the chassis.
When purchasing the stroller, you can choose between different types of chassis that feature a different color as well as different wheel types. The elegant, black Competition is the more urban variation, having a black leatherette bumper bar and narrower, maintenance-free rubber wheels. The chrome, silver Lounge chassis has a black leatherette and robust, all-terrain, air-filled wheels. The black Outdoor type of chassis comes with a contrasting brown leatherette and all-terrain, air-filled wheels with a distinctive rugged tire profile.
The bucket-type seat unit boasts a length of 105 cm. The height of the hood can be altered to fit an older child, either. The seat can be reclined flat, with the leg rest being adjustable independently. Using the side lever, it is possible to adapt and regulate the recline so that you can choose the most comfortable seat position for your baby. The backrest of the optional, spacious, well-ventilated carrycot can be inclined (for an older baby or a baby suffering from reflux). The hoods of the carrycot and the seat unit are removable, giving you an option to swap for a hood in a different color or the summer variation features air vents, a sun visor, and an integrated, shade-providing mosquito net. A wide range of other related accessories is available separately as well. I’m just wondering would this double Viking pushchair fit in the boot of a seat Ibiza car when folded?

I think you will be able to fit the frame for sure, but perhaps with the wheels removed. The parts - carrycots or seats - might be a problem, but if you take just car seats when traveling, it should be ok.

I believe Emmaljunga means the parent to use the single carrycot (ad then seat) rain cover for the arts, otherwise I did not find the original double rain cover for this. Apart from that, you can always use a universal rain cover for double prams, like this one on Amazon, for example. Be sure to just search for a 'double stroller rain cover' and pick one that is on a similar type of stroller, and you'll be fine. Or better yet, go visit any larger baby store and try a few out (or let them advise you from what they have in offer).
