Easywalker Sky

DISCONTINUED in 2010
see 6 parent reviews

The Easywalker Sky is a three-wheeled, all-terrain stroller with high weight capacity, with a chassis is made of toughened aluminum (dural). The air-filled wheels feature an adjustable suspension system. The shopping basket is smaller, but there are various pockets on the back of the seat to enlarge the available storage space.

The front-facing seat is spacious enough, even for a bigger child. By releasing the clip and unzipping, the seat can be individually reclined from a slightly angled sitting position into a lie-flat position suitable from birth. To ensure maximum comfort for your newborn, the stroller is compatible with a carrycot or a car seat (with adapters). There is an option to purchase a wide range of related accessories, including a sibling board.

Great for terrain

4

Great stroller for terrain, light and compact. Great that it folds up without taking off the seat with one hand. Just could have an extended canopy.

  • Suitable for large toddlers - plenty of space in the seat
  • Large bassinet
  • Tyres that guarantee passage through any terrain, even through the forest (tested)
  • Possibility to use for sport running/inline etc.
  • Easy to handle
  • Smaller canopy
  • Leg positioning is missing
  • The seat unit cannot face the opposite direction

Wonderful, incredibly spacious, easy to handle stroller.

  • Controllability
  • Quality
  • Size
  • Worse basket access

A quality pushchair, nice and easy to handle. Large, so my son can fit comfortably even at 2,5 years old.

  • large, inflatable wheels
  • spacious seat
  • quick turning
  • puncture risk
  • no reversibility
  • short, open (too high over the seat back)
  • missing rocking suspension

I "inherited" this model, and was rather unhappy with it, because I needed something completely different. I missed more coverage, a reversible seat, and some rocking to put my baby to sleep when using the pram mode. I wouldn't pay for it, but I guess it did its job. I am buying a brand new pram next time, however - and it will be very different from the Sky!

  • Lightweight
  • Easy and quick folding
  • Can get through difficult terrain
  • Ventilation net for the summer
  • A bit unstable on a slope (it's a three-wheeler)

I'm happy with this stroller. It was recommended to us for harsh terrain - as we live in a village. So far, it has passed through everything (forest, grass, meadow...).

Nippy maneuvering and a spacious seat

3

Nippy maneuvering and a spacious seat. Very open, though, and the suspension could be softer. The hood is too short, and there's no leg rest adjustment.

Your questions about the Easywalker Sky

1)

How do I inflate the tyres? I bought the pram second hand so I have no instructions! Thank-you.

Heya, Amy,

You normally inflate the tyres of a stroller or a pram just like you would inflate bicycle ones. You need a pump (if you have none, go to a bike shop and take your pushchair with you) that will fit the valve (they can help you with choosing the right one, but for me, a normal bike pump always worked well)... the inflating is just screwing it on and pumping - literally like on a bike (I believe they can help you with that, too).

Where can I find Sky parts… it's hard to find since it has been discontinued? This has been the best stroller I have ever had! Now with a newborn, I need the carrycot… I cannot find it anywhere.. pls help..

Hi, Dee,

I have two solutions (quite limited) to offer you as suggestions.

First is kind of obvious - check classifieds, used second-hand strollers, there could be a Sky or a Qtro (Plus) for sale, their carrycot are compatible.

Next, there is still a supplier of this model in the Czech Republic, kocarky.cz. I don't know if Czechia is too far from where you are, or you'd try writing them at kocarky@kocarky.cz, but they are probably the only ones who can help you.

I hope I helped, and I wish you good luck!

3)

Where can I go to sell parts, covers, etc. of the Easy Walker Sky Jogging Stroller.

Hi, Lisa,

If you want to sell parts, just use any advertising platform. eBay works very well for parts in particular.
