Cosatto Giggle 2
Cosatto Giggle 2 is the second generation of the original Giggle. It was released in 2014. The Iconic Giggle was released in the New Wave edition because there were issues with folding the stroller. It then undergone an additional update due to poor handling of the bumpy terrain. Thanks to the updates, the improved Giggle 2 was released. It is a very light stroller with a wider three-wheel chassis, which is now more stable thanks to the steel reinforcement of the front wheel attachment. The brake was also improved for a smoother functioning. You can detach the carrycot and the seat from the chassis using simplified buttons.
The reversible bucket seat can be tilted to four different positions instead of the original three ones. You can hang your baby’s favorite toys on the hooks in the carrycot hood. The stroller also comes with a diaper bag, a footmuff that can be unzipped and used as a seat liner and a rain cover. With the optional car seat, you can create a 3in1 stroller system. The Giggle 2 is compatible with new car seats that use different type of attaching mechanism.

Parent reviews of the Cosatto Giggle 2
- Stylish
- Comfortable
- Fit for purpose
- Easy to maneuver
- Feels a bit wobbly sometimes
- Not as fitting for bigger babies
Had the travel system with the bassinet from birth, liked the design. Now when my baby is slightly bigger, her weight is 13 kg but the pushchair starts to feel a bit constrained as she is tall and her head almost reaches the metal frame of the backrest. Would recommend it, but at some point, it starts to be too small for larger babies/toddlers.
- Design
- Spaciousness
- Ergonomically-shaped seat
- Higher weight
- No suspension
I am happy with this pram (Cosatto Giggle 2).
- Lightweight chassis
- Even a 50kg woman can easily handle it
- Car seat, carrycot, seat unit, and accessories included - all in one
- I found none
A top of the like pram system for me 👌 Everything is included, which is incredible - I don't need to purchase seat liners separately (there's a summer and a winter part). Even a footmuff for autumn/winter is in the package, a bag, and rain covers. The car seat and the seat unit, all is nice and separate. The maintenance-free wheels passed even through sand, gravel, and snow.
- Great design
- Lightweight frame
- Looks like new even after 5 years
- Takes up little space in the car boot
- One-hand push
- A bundle of accessories included
- Spacious basket for all your shopping
- Shallow bucket seat
- Short-ish canopy
We were very happy with it. It folded easily, took up little space in our car (mainly the carrycot, which is not usual for stroller systems), but I must say I'd love a more spacious seat. My 1yo DS was sliding down in the winter footmuff, and I had to always put him back.
The frame is well-made, even with our second child, nothing rattled. Wheels also great, but they're mainly made for smooth sidewalks - I didn't enjoy the ride on cobblestones... I did love the manipulation, though - it drove almost by itself.
Your questions about the Cosatto Giggle 2
Hey,
Is there a good way to get information about, toxins and test results about the materials of the stroller?
It´s quite hard to find out about the used materials of the stroller.
Hi there,
Well, I won't make you happy, but no, there is no easy way, the only thing that we can usually do is to google the right keywords. I know from experience that when a product is discovered hazardous or toxic, it is being taken from the market the quickest possible, and the information is just hung somewhere as the law requires it. Other than that, it is not widely talked about - the less so if it isn't a very large brand. Also, each country has a different place the law puts these notices on (if it even does that)...
It all feels a bit rushed & hushed and definitely, there's no one place to search in. There are (paid) places like Which or dTest and similar that, from time to time, talk about a narrow group of products and their test results... But, really, we're left with googling and checking ourselves - the good news is, with strollers, it is not so often the case that they would be actually harmful. If anything (or unsure), a good footmuff or a seat liner can be put in, protecting your baby from most that could come from the fabrics (but, again, not often they are found truly dangerous) and it is you and your brain also assessing risks when buying it in the first place...
I am sorry not to provide you with what you wanted – you are right, it would be great if it were available.
