Babyzen Yoyo Connect

The Babyzen Yoyo Connect is an accessory to the Babyzen Yoyo2 and a variation that allows you to connect two Yoyo 2s to a single tandem stroller model. The minimalist, durable buggy can be used for an older child with its forward-facing seat (not offering a full recline), but also for a newborn with the 0+ bassinet kind of set - and with an attached car seat creating a from-birth travel system. With the Connect sold-separately accessory, almost all of it is now applicable to double tandem settings with 5 setups for siblings or twins from birth. Two seats, two 0+ sets/carrycot modes, one seat and one bassinet (front or back), and one seat and one car seat (in the front) configurations are available. When on a walk with both children but in the meantime switching back to a single-mode pushchair, you can always fold the rear Connect Yoyo 2 and hang it on the handlebar, providing you an easy way of storing the unnecessary part, along with great versatility.
Thanks to the chassis made out of aluminum and steel alloy and plastics reinforced with fiberglass, the Yoyo 2 and the Yoyo Connect are durable and easy to repair even after years of use thanks to the availability of spare parts while being eco-friendly since a used Yoyo can be recycled... Besides, the Yoyo 2 and the Yoyo Connect pushchairs feature the new Hytrel® system with elastomer suspension in the front - a unique technology using rubber to absorb the shocks. There are many optional accessories available separately: from a leg rest, a 6+ Color Pack (set of upholstery and hood fabrics to change the look of your pram) to the renewed bassinet 0+ set. The Babyzen Yoyo is versatile for you to use in different stages of your and the child's/children's life.

Parent reviews of the Babyzen Yoyo Connect
We have the Newborn pack not Bassinet (purchased in 2020) for our 21 month old. We now have a new baby and bought the Connect. We set up the Connect so baby faced us in newborn pack then toddler was at the front. However it is really difficult and seems unstable to manoeuvre and I was unable to get safely up kerbs etc.
Your questions about the Babyzen Yoyo Connect
Hi Eli!
Thanks for this! I'm happy to read that I can use the newborn pack on the Yoyo2 because as far as I've read it wasnt possible.
I have one other question. Can I still attach a sibling ride on board or the wheeled bag to the back of the Connect? Are there attachment points for this?
Thanks!
Hi, Blanche,
I don't think you can attach a board to that; as far as I know, there are no connection points. Also, the whole double frame is already on the looser side because of so many connection points and joints that another buggy board might just string the chassis a bit too much. I personally would not recommend using that with such a small model made into a double.
Hi,
Can the 2 yo yo strollers be connected side by side or it only can be connected train style?
Hiya, Lolla,
They cannot be connected side by side, no - at least not with this Yoyo Connect extension. The Yoyo Connect only works as a tandem.
If you needed two side-by-side Yoyos, you would need to buy two regular Yoyos and the universal buggy connectors, e.g. on Amazon. Also, there is the Bumprider Connect that offers the side-by-side magnetic connection, just it is expensive.
Hi ya,
I have the Yoyo already with the newborn pack. I’ve read the connect is only compatible with the bassinet. Would I be able to use the newborn pack on the front stroller (the one furthest away) instead and the 6+ stroller on the connect at the back (the closest one ) please?
Heya, Gina,
Both the Yoyo and the Yoyo Connect are compatible with the newborn pack. The double version of this stroller can be used for two children with one newborn pack in the front, YES. The more optimal version is, however, the bassinet (usable in the front as well as in the back, so two newborn carrycot are possible to attach at the same time), but for a newborn pack, you can (and have to) use the front part of the double setup.
Can you turn the yoyo connect into a separate stroller? Is there a way to attach front wheels to it?
Hello, Cathy,
As far as I know, the Connect part/accessory second, attachable stroller of the Babyzen Yoyo Connect is not (yet) possible to transform into a second, full-fledged buggy. There are no front wheels available to purchase for this second stroller. So you cannot use it separately just yet (I believe it will be possible over time, but cannot promise you that). For now, the Yoyo Connect works only as a double stroller
Is this connect compatible with Babyzen Yoyo 0+/6+?
Hello, Liza,
Yes, you can use the connect from birth (0+) as well as for two toddlers (6+ configuration).
Hi Eli. My name is Denise. I have one question. Where, in the United States, can I buy the Yoyo Connect? Every retailer I called, and it is a lot, has no idea what I’m talking about. They never heard of the Connect. It’s very frustrating when something is advertised, and you’re willing to buy, and it’s nowhere to be found.
Thank you for your time.
Hi, Denise,
As a French manufacturer, the Babyzen brand might be having a distributing plan and probably did not get to the US yet. The Connect feature is VERY new, just came out, so most stores don't have it yet, I suppose. It may even be that for some time, they don't even want to get to the US, this is more of a question on Babyzen. On the UK's version of Babyzen's homepage, the Connect is already present: https://www.babyzen.com/gb/en/compact-double-stroller-yoyo-connect
I am sorry I have no better news, but there seems to be only the option of waiting. Or you can always try to contact Babyzen and ask whether they could sell and send it to you to your country...
I am interested in this stroller unit. I am located in New York. I would like to know where I can purchase this system and its prices.
Hi there, Angel,
The Babyzen Yoyo Connect configuration is actually a combination of purchasing two Babyzen Yoyo 2's (this is a model widely available so I don't think you'll have a problem there) while one of them will be equipped with the new Connect feature - an accessory that every good Babyzen brand seller/distributor should either have or be able to order soon. I did hear good things about means in the US, for example, so I would suggest contacting them, or anybody else selling Babyzens... and after an email of a phone call, you'll know who can help you and how soon.
Price point-wise, a Babyzen Yoyo costs about 500 USD then the Baby zen Yoyo Connect will be around 650 USD.
Be aware this is a new product so it might take a few weeks for the retails to be able to sell/deliver to you.
Good luck!
