What is the narrowest (most narrow?) side by side twin stroller?

Hey, Danielle,
I believe it would be the Mountain Buggy Duet which is about 65 cm wide, and the Baby Monsters Easy-Twin 3.0S Light (also 65 cm wide). The Valco Slim Twin has a width of 66 cm so is pretty much the same.
It's good to say here that the narrower the stroller will be, the narrower the seats.
