Definitely check the Ergobaby Metro Plus which is comfortable for smaller babies thanks to the nice padding and a lie-flat seat.
Apart from that, look at the Kinderkraft Nubi if you need something cheaper, but don't count on that to be ok on rougher surfaces. For occasional use, it will do.
