For such a large - tall child, I would definitely not go for a super tiny buggy, and rather look for a mid-size lightweight pushchair with enough seat room. My recommendation would be something like a Britax B-Motion 4 Plus, Valco Baby Trend, Baby Jogger City Mini (GT)2 - maybe even Babystyle Oyster Zero or ABC Design Avus. From the budget strollers, look at the Kinderkraft Grande.
