If good suspension is your need, then perhaps the stroller shouldn't be as compact. A good suspension is usually on more all-terrain models, and those are larger and heavier, at least, compared to compact folding strollers.
My go-to would probably be the Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 which is very nice on bumps, is super roomy with a high weight capacity, and folds super flat. The basket size is nice but the basket access is a but limited there, but that's the price to pay for the other features. I guess.
Check the ABC Design Avus for most features, maybe just an average suspension there. And the Valco Trend SPORT with the inflatable wheels is perhaps not having suspension, however, it is very spacious, light and easy to fold, and with the Sport inflatable wheels, it is just fine on bumps.
