And where are you located? What's your budget?

Just like this, I could recommend the Kinderkraft XMoov or pretty much any Polish system, look at the brands like Espiro, Bebetto or Camarelo. The ABC Design Salsa Air should also make you happy, especially with the seat size (not really spring suspension but a good suspension nonetheless).

Also good to know - a reversible seat is almost impossible to really last for a 22kg chil, even if it can handle the weight - it will never be enough, space-wise.
