I am not sure how big the baby is, whether you'll be folding the stroller in the car, and what your budget is here. I can suggest the Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 or the City Elite 2 which are really nice to push on terrain even, or also to check BOB strollers for terrain especially. These may be a bit big and three-wheeled, and not the cheapest.
