Hi,
I need a double stroller as I am due in November with my second.
I live in an area where it is hilly and lot of stairs, but not as much car usage. So would need something with good suspension and all terrain.
Additionally the lift in my apartment building isn’t that big so anything extremely wide won’t fit.
What do you suggest I buy ?

Not sure how small is the lift, but for terrain, a side-by-side with larger wheels would be the most comfortable, all-terrain solution. Anything tandem-like (one seat behind the other) won't be nice to push, with that center of gravity, terrain, even if with larger wheels, will be struggle.
Personally, I would recommend looking at strollers like the Bumbleride Indie Twin, Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 Double or Mountain Buggy Duet (which is the narrowest of them all, but also narrower in the seat space).
