I have used it for 3 children from birth to 2.5 years, in fact it has been in use for 7 years straight. It's nice, I bought an extra sun shade for it because the original hood is a bit small, it doesn't shade well and doesn't protect much in the wind.
It doesn't blow, but it doesn't take that much to rock a baby to sleep, just walking on gentle terrain has always worked.
The frame is solid, the paint is stable, we changed the tires on the wheels once - due to the fact that we had a puncture. Otherwise it's been great, everything has worked and stayed in good shape without any extra-special maintenance (now my girl friend drives her kid in it, so this pram can handle 4 kids one after the other just fine).
We also bought a buggy board to go with it - great help, so I normally used to take two kids on it at the same time (one in the seat, one on the skate). Good value for the money, the quality is sufficient. 👍
