Loved this little pram until it randomly decided to fold up with my 8week old baby in it after the 4th time using it in the middle of a long walk. So I complained, and they were quick to respond and pick it up for a refund they now they have received the pram quite a while ago, and seems like they have disappeared off the face of the earth by not responding to any messages at all. Very disappointed in the pram and the lack of customer service:(
