Twin parents face a lot of new challenges. We solved a lot with this baby stroller combo! Foldable, baby cots, car seats and buggy seats. We're not missing anything so far (half a year in operations)
It is not very spacious for older toddlers. Also, extremely heavy. The wheels got punctured (repeatedly).

Can the carrycot or Carseat attach to any other pram?
Hi,
If you mean the original, practically no-name Dorjan accessories to this pram (the matching bassinet and car seat), unfortunately no, they are only fitting a Dorjan stroller. The car seat might match another of Dorjan strollers, even the single ones, though.

Is it possible to buy puncture-free foam wheels for it?
Hello, there,
Unfortunately, no, there are no other than the original parts available separately for Dorjan strollers. As a very budget-oriented (= cheap) model, it only offers what you already got. Wheels-wise, if you got a model with inflatable wheels, foam is not an option, really - the newer models do feature no-maintenance wheels, so maybe an email to the manufacturer would clarify if they would fit the older models AND if they would be willing to sell them to you (and send you directly). In any case, their wheels are not sold by themselves in any shop I know of.
