Cosatto Woosh 3

see 1 parent review

The Cosatto Woosh 3 is an ultra-light, ultra-compact third generation of the Woosh travel buggy and the updated version of the Woosh 2. The Woosh 3 brings new colorways and patterns into the game, a handy telescoping handle that can be pulled out and the folded stroller pulled behind you like a piece of luggage with, and a matching footmuff/leg cover + cup holder included. The side Magic Bell and the double-silk canopy fabrics boasting a UV factor of 100+ are still present in the Woosh3. Apart from that, the new ecological fabric made from recycled bottles with over 35 plastic bottles in every stroller is a third iteration addition.

The high - up to 25 kg - maximum weight capacity might not match the seat size, unfortunately, but it is a nice sturdiness factor at least. The wheels are individually sprung for a bit smoother ride through the city. In addition to the patterns and colour design, you'll also find a detail of the matching triangular wheel covers.

The non-reversible seat can be reclined to a full lie-flat position, making it suitable from birth. For baby's comfort, the seat is extra padded. The fabric covers are lightweight and easy to clean. On the robust canopy with a double sun visor, you'll appreciate the roomy pocket at the back or the key hook.

Great fabrics but structure not great

2
  • The fabrics and patterns are beautiful on this pram
  • The seat unit sits quite upright I thought
  • 4 year guarantee
  • Seat unit is not very big, especially for a bigger/taller child, my child is 1, and he looked big in it
  • Wheels felt flimsy and unstable as on one wheel on each corner
  • The pram frame itself felt very flimsy and cheap the frame would scratch easy
  • Never tested outside as I sent the pram back, for nearly £200 did not find it worth the price
  • Pushing position is very tall and not adjustable

Not the best, great fabrics but structure not great.

Your questions about the Cosatto Woosh 3

1)

How on earth do you alter the height of the straps!!!
This isn’t easy and I can’t work it out.

Thank you.

Hey, Adele,

Yeah, unfortunateky it isn't totally easy, and it's usually harder on smaller/lightweight models. You need to
turn the plastic holder thing, pull the thing out, and retread on the desired place. It takes quite a bit of fiddling, so sorry not to have better news for you.

2)

Can you fold the Woosh 3 with a footmuff on?

Hi, Louise,

It's more of a no than yes. I mean, in theory, you can start folding the stroller, and just keep it partially folded and load it like that in the car. You won't be able to finish the fold with a footmuff on, I believe, or it can be awkward. Remember, this is a very small, occasional-use travel stroller not really meant to be used in winter much in any case.

One of the reviews says that the width of the seat might not be enough for older toddlers - is it possible to say the width?

Heya, EJ,

The whole seat is definitely not suitable for older toddlers, it is incredibly short, and yes, not very wide (although, the 32 cm width is reasonable for such a small stroller, but the ultra-short leg rest and the 76cm long seat surface will last you perhaps up to 18 months of age (to a certain extent of comfort). You CAN fit there a 2, 2.5 years old if needed, but he/she will be rather squeezed in there. Defitnitely not for such a kid for everyday use.

We have the seat measurements in The Seat Unit section underneath the stroller, btw. ^_^

4)

Does the woosh 3 have more than one position I.E does it lay flat ?

Hiya, Karen,

Well, yes and no, I mean - the strap recline system offers an unlimited number of positions - where you stop, that will be the recline position. About the lie-flat, the norm states that a recline from 150 degrees plus is considered a newborn-friendly recline, and this stroller offers about a 170-175 degree recline, which can be said to be a full recline. It is not 180-degree absolute flat seat surface but it is OK to use with a small baby that doesn't sit by itself yet.

Hello! Just wondering if the Cosatto Whoosh 3 is airline friendly/compatible with going into the cabin/overhead lockers? Thank you!

Heya, Ali,

With the folded dimensions of 56 cm x 48 cm x 33 cm, the Woosh 3 is definitely an ultra compact and should be accepted by at least some airlines, yes. You should, however, consult the guidelines of your airline to be sure, as each airline has it differently set.
