Hello,
No, as far as I know, the stroller should be hand-washed not to damage them or get them faded.

Will the Aprica Nano actually fit in carry on compartment? The dimensions listed in the description are much bigger than carry-on allowance size?

The Aprica Nano Smart si about 53.3 cm x 49 cm x 29 cm when folded. Some airlines do take sizes like these on board, but you are right, for many airlines, this may be a bit bigger than the allowed size. Always check with your airline of choice, they do state the allowed measurements for sure - 1-2 (sometimes even 3) centimeters over is pretty much always ok, but if it's much larger than they ask for, you will have to either check it in or give it away when boarding as the baby luggage (they return this to you when getting off).
