We've bought the Maxi-Cosi Laika 2 stroller, we wanted to know if a Joie gemm would be compatible with the car seat adapter that comes with out car seat?

The stroller's adapters attachment is the same as the one for the Joie Gemm, so in theory, it should fit. I know, however, that Maxi-Cosi makes some of their adapters shorter so that people don't use them for other brands' car seats. I think the adapters could fit, but I cannot guarantee it as it is not as long as, e.g., the Maxi-Cosi Lara's adapter, which would fit. To be sure, the best is to either try it out in a shop or get a Maxi-Cosi car seat for this. You can try and return the thing if it doesn't fit, too.
