Which seat will fit my Noordi frame (I have the Polaris carrycot)?

I am not sure what to ask. You should use the seat unit dedicated to the frame part, so if it's a Polaris, then that one. In general, most Noordi seats should work (if their attachment system is the same as the carrycot, bt the best for the comfort of pushing ad center of gravity is to have the original seat.

I cannot guess what your stroller / frame type is, but I would suggest asking Noordi's customer service - or any Noordi distributor around you (with a picture) about parts and availability in your country.
