It VERY much depends on which type you mean (lighter, all-terrain, ultra-compact...). Also, "the best" depends very much on your needs (just the space? or also terrain? large basket? hood? ...not all, but what's the main use?)
If that doesn't matter really, or you just mean a kind of everyday, universal use, I would recommend Oyster Zero on sale - HERE. The Kinderkraft Grande LX is nice, space-wise.
I personally would also check Baby Joggers that were pre-owned, they are super spacious and high-quality.
