What is the smallest all terrain stroller? I have a Bugaboo Fox and feel it's too large to take camping, etc... so need something that folds small but capable of handling all terrain.

The smallest (folding) but still terrain-capable stroller would be the Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 which folds really flat. Not the most all-terrain but absolutely ok for terrain, however the a bit larger BCity Elite 2 would be of course even better.
In general, look at LARGE WHEELS and preferably three wheelers, plus a NON-REVERSIBLE seat if you need a more terrain capable but not too bulky of a stroler.
