We have a Nuna Mixx and are wondering what car seats are compatible with the ring please? Nuna claim only their car seats are compatible but I’ve heard people say other brands such as Maxi-Cosi are too.

Unfortunately, with the ring adapter, only Nuna car seat are compatible. Nuna also offered a different set of adaptors, two pieces with a U-shaped ending on one side, and those were (are) compatible with the Maxi-Cosi, Cybex, Joie, Recaro, Kiddy car seats. They, however, don't sell those much more, especially in some countries they're just almost impossible to get.
YOu can look around for the Maxi-Cosi Nuna Mixx adapters - if you find those around you (or just check eBay), you can attach a Maxi-Cosi car seat, but without them, it won't be possible.
