Hi there -
We recently set up our new Thule Shine stroller only to find that both the seat and bassinet are unstable / feel wobbly when clipped into the stroller base. Have you experienced this? Anything you can recommend? Thank you!
In the three years creating Strollbery - for free, in our free time, we are proud to have helped thousands of parents from more than 207 countries. And helping is what we've cared about the most.

Heya, WST,
If the seat and carrycot wobble a little on the frame, that should not be a problem. It helps with absorbing bumps and vibrations and, overall, shouldn't be a bad thing, at least, I was told this by multiple stroller manufacturers.
That being said, if the instability - wobbling, looseness - is way too strong, the carrycot and seat just move way too much, that could be a manufacturing error and a reason to return the stroller or claim the warranty. There is not much you can do to change that, unfortunately, so perhaps think about contacting the seller about it and perhaps returning the model if they won't provide a better solution.
