Teutonia Élegance: What is an old, vintage Teutonia pram worth?

I am guessing it is worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it, to be honest 😊 But honestly, I cannot say. The price depends on the real age of the stroller, not just how it looks like, the "rarity" of it, and the demand. If I were you, I would go to some antique shop and ask there - for evaluation of the state it is in as well as an overall value of the pram.

Or put it up on eBay for an auction, starting at some minimal sum that you'd be willing to give it away for... and promote the auction as much as you can, in Facebook groups, social media, etc. But, unless it is a collector piece, it will be worth a few hundred USD at the most, as older prams look awesome but require, usually, quite a bit of maintenance (and often cannot be folded, even - so a lot of space as well).
