Silver Cross Reef: Is the wobbling of the bassinet/seat normal?

Lizzie • 22 Nov 2023

The first bed seems really wobbly when attached to the pram. Is this normal? Worried baby will get thrown about when going up and down curbs.

Hi, Lizzie,

A bit of a wobble is normal, it absorbs vibrations from bumps, and many strollers do have those attachment points made so it is not completely tight. However, if the looseness - wobbling is so strong you're worried your baby might fall out, that is definitely a manufacturing fault and you should contact your seller/distributor/Silver Cross customer service and perhaps claim your warranty - it wouldn't be safe to use a stroller that wobbles too strongly.

Your -very berry- Eli.

Now, this is your place to ask. I'm listening.
