I have Maxi-Cosi Pebble Plus car seat and I have been given a safety first hello pram. I wanted to know what adaptors I should get the would be compatible with the brands.

You will need to search for adapters with a U-shaped one side. There, I believe, were such at one point, but I cannot easily google any now. It may be they stopped selling. the adapters or the stroller itself much. Try browsing classifieds, eBay, or contact the manufacturer, asking for availability - but, unfortunately, it ay be there are not available anymore.
