Hi,

I was wondering if you can connect two of the Phil and ted stroller 2.0 to make a twin pram please?

Hey, Rebecca,

I don't think you can, no. The frame is rather specific, and even with some universal stroller connectors you'd probably couldn't move as the rear wheels are protruding and would be rubbing against each other. I also think the steering with two pairs of single handles would be a nightmare, honestly.
