I asked a question and it won’t let me reply to the answer. I have loosened all of the straps underneath and then tried to lower the carrycot and this hasn’t worked. I don’t know if the pram is just faulty as it literally will not adjust it feels like it’s going to snap when I even try and adjust it. I’ve also asked other people to try and they can’t do it either.

Yeah, sorry, we don't have a reply function here. If truly nothing works, then truly, the most probably your piece is faulty. My suggestion then would be to contact the seller/distributor you got the pram from, and/or directly the customer service of miniuno. It shouldn't be hard, so something is wrong somewhere inside, I'm guessing.
