With the folded size of 57 cm x 48 cm x 25 cm, you can take this as a hand luggage with some airlines. You have to check the requirements of your chosen airline beforehand though, as the rules are different from airline to airline. It is on the larger side for some airlines, I can tell you that, but with the less strict ones, you should be able to take it on board.
