How do you adjust the shoulder straps to a different height?

Well, it's not totally easy - you need to retread, meaning turn the plastics pushed inside, pull them out, and push and turn them in another hole.
In the manual, they only mention the length adjustment, though, so I cannot show you a picture, unfortunately.
