Is it possible to remove the front wheel so that I can wash it? I’ve removed the back wheels but can’t work it if the front wheel comes off. Many thanks in advance.

The front wheel should come off, yes. It is not totally straightforward - look for a metal little pin that should be pushed in, or a release mechanism on the underside.
