Can you tell me if there are adapters available for the Joie Chrome DLX that will mean I can use the gemm or juva car seat on the pram base?

Hey, Ginsy,

The only adapters for the Chrome DLX, which fit most Joie/Maxi-Cosi/Cybex 0+ car seats, will work with the Joie Gemm car seat. You just need to get the Chrome DLX car seat adapters, the Gemm wil click on those.
