Is the Maxi Cosi Leona2 Luxe compatible with the Nuna Arra Next car seat and the Cari next car seat?

No, Nuna made it so that it seems their products are not compatible with other brands anymore. So unless their customer service won't tell you a way, it's better to assume Nuna car seats won't fit Recaro strollers.
