We have the maxi cosi coral 360 and we are thinking of buying the cybex eezy s twist as stroller, but I am not sure if there is compatible adapters.

Maxi-Cosi car seats should work absolutely well on Cybex adapters. So if you get the Eezy S-Twist with the Cybex adaptor set, you should attach your Maxi-Cosi car seat on that easily. However, the car seat is rather big, and I am not completely sure it will be the best option for such a light stroller (in general, not just this model) - normally, I would recommend a bit smaller capsule for compact strollers, however, it should work with it in any case.
