iCandy Peach 3: Are the seat unites from the Peach 1, 2 and 3 interchangeable - will they fit all on the Peach 3 frame?

The attachment system hasn't really changed as far as I know, so in theory, yeah, the seat units should work - should click on those frames. That being said, I think that the design updates and a bit different shapes of the seats can change the center of gravity, or there can be details that can fit awkwardly. So while I think it should fit, the best is, actually, to ask the iCandy customer service or to try it out IRL.
