How to stop the front wheels from collapsing while going up a curb?

Hi Eli,

I have a Mothercare Orb pushchair. Every time I lift the pack to go up a curb, the front wheels collapse. Do you have any suggestions to stop this happening? Thanks Sam

Hi, Sam,

I don't think they should collapse, so first I would get the stroler checked at a service/at the seller/distributor. However, if there is no fault really, I would not continue using it like that, and the only thing I can think of is to go up curbs with the rear part. So, I would turn around, get up by lifting the rear wheels, and then turned again and continues my journey to be safe and not tip the pram over.
