Hi there,

Well, they are not made to do that easily, so you'd be better off finding a distributor/seller of these models and/or a strollers repair service, as they are not easily removable and there are no instructions.

I personally would contact the customer service and ask about the closest distributors/places to have them swapped, or for this specific manual.
