Hauck Runner 2: Is this stroller suitable for jogging?

It is marketed as a running / jogging / sports stroller, yes. It is, however, mostly good for light, occasional jogging as there is no handbrake, and the frame with the suspension is not the sturdiest, most comfortable on quite uneven surfaces or at a high speed. With a locked front wheel, and a chill tempo, you definitely can jog with this model though. It should fit you and your steps, though, so best to try it in a store before buying if possible.
