Hello,

The car seat never seems fully secure on the pushchair. I always hear it click in but it’s always very slanted back and it rocks a lot! Is this normal? Or am I not putting it on correctly. I do lift the car seat up when clicked in and it doesn’t come off.

Well, no, it is not normal. A bit of looseness is ok, but a LOT of rocking after clicking on is not alright. There may be some problem with your piece so I would try to contact the seller or the customer service.
