Hi there!
Suspension-wise - this depends on quite a lot on the age of your stroller (system) as well as on your expectations about how the suspension should be. The Emmaljunga brand strollers do feature rocking chassis often, but the NXT line is mostly shock-absorbing designed. It will get softer overtime, even though it will never rock as some of their (or other) classic-type chassis. It's good to know, however, how you and other users feel about the features as well as the suspension system - your input will certainly help those searching for this stroller, so it's also good to put in a review here ( Thanks in advance 😉
Addressing the tire pressure issue - there. If not there, the manual included with the stroller also should mention the manufacturer's advice about the pressure. Anyhow, even if not there, the general Emmaljunga recommendation would be - check the PSI, at least this will be on the tire for sure: 28 P.S.I. means optimal pressure is 1,8 bar; 35 PSI = 2,5 bar.
